Re-filming Location
Re-filming Location
After I received feedback from my draft, I realised the location was a poor choice for many reasons including the background being quite dull and not realistic of its time, a big negative point of the location was the fact that white boards and computers could be seen in the background which made the video lose its verisimilitude. After researching different venues I narrowed it down to two places which would suit the part well; Seamus Wong studios in Leicester or the British Legion in Blaby. I contacted both venues and it turned out that the British Legion had more slots available that suited me and the band best therefore I chose to use them. Understandably, Seamus Wong studios was busy as it is a proper studio with a high reputation therefore bands must book a long time in advance. I thought that the Legion looked good as it had a proper stage and the background was quite old and vintage which is what I'm going for.
